Okay I did read it pretty calmly this time and I guess that comment from my end still holds good.

The world may not come to an end in physical manner - but the solar storm may cause electrical subsystems to go down and they would take much time to repair (coz of their large number)

Now, if a machine would go down with such a solar storm - consider the effect it would cause to homo sapiens
