Rating plugin Wordpress

Hi there,
I want a plugin that helps me to rate the music albums on my site

Also i want the rating to be visible on the google search like this

That feature by Google is automatic. You need to install GD Star Rating and build up "real" visitors rating your posts. Those ratings, if genuine (Google bot is smart) will be picked up and shown.

Now, lets do a study over it.

Assume your website A provides Music Information. Your traffic is like 20-70 U/V per day and almost all of your posts are rated. Though your visitors must have not really rated the posts instead you'd do it from the admin panel. The Google bot will compare the website age + traffic and based upon their algorithm see if the ratings are genuine or not. As a website which is just 2-3 months old with low traffic, cannot have all the posts rated by people. That is just not real, unless its an website where you are forced to rate to view content (?).
