Facebook Helps 2 Women to Find out They Married Same Man



Two residents of the United States with the help of Facebook?s ?People you may know? feature discovered they were married to the same man at the same time, the BBC reported.
The U.S. resident clicked on a link proposed by Facebook and got to the page of her husband?s new wife. ?Wife number one went to wife number two?s page and saw a picture of her and her husband with a wedding cake,? BBC reported, quoting Pierce County Prosecutor Mark Lindquist.
Wife number one immediately called her mother in law and informed the authorities.
It turned out that the corrections officer Alan L. O?Neill, previously known as Alan Fulk, married a woman in 2001. In 2009 he left the city, changed his name and remarried without a divorce.
O'Neill could face up to a year in jail if convicted.
