We all can make mistakes, but only webthosting seems to be able to redo them over and over again.

I admit, there are people out there that deserved to be suspended.
No host can say they never had to suspend a man.

But the rate webthosting suspends people.. Its insane.
For every little thing they suspend you.

I got suspended for having more than 1 package.. Cmon.. How the fuck
Best part is i needed that 2nc account to contact them because the first one had its password changed

Did you read our terms?

1. It was clearly stated no one can use more than 20-25% CPU
2. It was mentioned you can not use file hosting/sharing/peering/ etc.


People will still violate the terms.

You got suspended for using public rapidleech overloading the server and you still go on telling the same? You want to use more than 5TB bandwidth on a shared hosting paying $5 and do you think we were not justified suspending you?

Please answer the above question first before you say anything.

How are we blamed if you forget password? To use password reminder/open sales ticket one does not need to create a new account. You created a new account to request unsuspension of your site which used terabytes of bandwidth?

3. Didnt forget my pass penislover, It just got changed. Gmail-logs indicated noone entered my mails, so it has to be your fucking fault.
