Wordpress error [HELP]

When I add a new thread site is not updating with new threads
As an example when I add a new post under a category in my wordpress site,The post is only showing in the main page only,But when people click on category they don't see it in the category.
Sometimes it's working but sometime suddenly only showing posts that was posted weeks ago.

Please help
