If i buy one vps i need to creat ftp to send files?. forum software (vbulletin)
I need tutorial how to creat ftp server?

Login with root info, use flashFXP client to connect.

i use filezilla
open site manager
host : vps ip
port : 22
protocol : SFTP
login type : normal
user : root
password : root password

I agree with the rest of the members above
... only to add that he has to have an ftp server installed in order to connect to his vps (if not installed out of the box- mine wasn't).
If it's ubuntu run the command sudo apt-get install vsftpd to install vsftpd
Google how to configure if necessary. it's extremely easy and there are tons of guides and howtos out there
