I have paid 2$ for review copy for 2 of my sites

he has sent me an excell file which has 113 links to blog and post

none of them has my links

so have i paid him to see how he works for other sites ?

and now he is asking me to pay 4$ more (1 $ discount )

to buy a package for my site
