Another thing: why are you not fair and show the correct message when the servers are overloaded for free users? Instead of "File reached the maximum number of downloads for free users, buy premium accout etc" it should be "Servers are overloaded, try again in a few minutes, or consider purchasing a premium account" since you clearly stated that it`s just an overload problem, the file didn`t actually reached any limit.

Absolutely, exactly my thoughts.

I have more and more visitors complaining about it, this has officially started to be worrying.

I know that writing "cheer up dudes, coming back in 10 minutes might do the trick, you don't need to buy a premium just for that" would be bad for your business.

But I'm certain it's possible to find a suitable way to explain it. Please, be more wordy, or your file hosting service will become hated (not just badmouthed), and being hated leads to being banned from big places.

Upgrade to Premium to download this file!

The only possibility is that when you deleted some files, you deleted also the earnings that it generated. If this is true, many will leave you !

I started to work with them in 10/03 so I didn't receive any payment till now.
