Yes FTP upload is OK!
Flash upload is OK also, but don't like me down speed for free users.
Many people complain to me (on my site and forums), that the speed for free users is very slow.
I hope you will take this into consideration.
The rest is ok for now, so good luck in future.

I post multi links on my thread, and i can tell that Fiberupload seems to be one of the favorit choice for "free users", so i guess they DL speed must be good.

The reason they are using the Fiber Upload links more than others,is because a registered free user didn't need to enter a captcha & they only had to wait 60 seconds.
It looks like they changed it and now the free registered users have to wait as long and enter a captcha the same as the unregistered users.
That is going to make everyone's download totals drop.
