If you truly want better and unrestrictive hosting with a free panel you will want to use webmin.

Kloxo & ispconfig are to cluttered up with per-configured settings plus they both have way to many settings its pointless.

Webmin might take a little googling to understand it a bit, but you will get way more power out of your server since its very light and down to earth settings.
