A minute ago i recieved an email from paypal regarding a " Not Recieve Dispute "

but i already work with him

my question is....

1. can i ignore this one?
2. what if i ignore this one, what will happen?
3. tell me how to resolve this one.

If he wins, yes.

Until the dispute is closed the money will be held by paypal.

If he doesn't close the claim, your balance would be negative. If you don't respond to it within the timeframe provided by PayPal, they'll credit the buyer.
I recommend you to respond to the claim and explain them.
