I got more than 120 downloads. they were from Germany (it's in "A") and my files wasn't smaller than 1024MB (more than 1.5GB) , but I have still 0.12 dollar on my account

I texted them about this but I haven't got any answer during one week.
so what can I do? is it shragle like this or I'm making something by mistake?

You can't do anything. They cheat the uploaders by advertising PPD-Rates which they never count/pay.

I tested them also and instead of counting 0,4 cent they count only 0,02 cent.

So i stopped working with them.

Shragle scammed me also, they pay, but they also cheat downloads hard, very hard, same with the refferals. Their FTP is most of time full (no space for new uploads). I ended my suffering with shragle and moved away.

I'd like to reach the payout, I am close.I've also found the same problems.The remote upload works fine though.The important thing is that pay! Does anyone know how many points do I need to extend the premium account?
They never answer my emails!

Do you know how many points corresponds to a premium account of a month? Is there a direct mail where I can contact them? They don't respond to the form "contact us"!
At this point, because aren't they included in the official list of scam so avoid wasting time? Thanks

I know file hosting services that don't count the downloads completely and say that their system works properly! Really the FTP service never works properly!

Well somebody posted past they got paid after a long wait. But my payment is pending for two months. so i have personally discomfort so do n number of uploaders. Well about premium, i tried converting points for premium. Though claim it as points - premium, they redeemed my balance for that amount. And about they not listed as scam, they are choosy i guess as they pay some people and won't others.
