Google webmaster tools message

Hello,

I logged into my Google webmaster tools and saw this message :

For legal reasons, we've excluded from our search results content located at or under the following URL/directory:

http://www.filefreakz.com/Thread-Gle...-HDTV-XviD-LOL


This content has been removed from all Google search results.

Cause: Somone has filed a DMCA complaint against your site. More information.

File a counter-complaint.

What I do? Is their any step which I need to take?

Please let me know as never faced any such message before.
