when you mean fully managed , what does it mean?

do we get access to the manager to reboot/reimage/ bla bla bla?

btw, are the prices recurring when we signup?

Managed means that we take care of initial setup and server security. ServerSonic will provide 100 GB of backup space on a private server and in a different datacenter..

Yes, if you need a reboot submit a ticket for the server control login. No overage will be charged but if that DDoS goes over 2 TB speed this then capped to 10mbps
