IF you wanna make a decent host make payments every week or 2 weeks , make a min payout 10$ . People dont use this you will be scamed again a host with this type of sistem is not worth waste your time (you work from 1-31march and maybe will get payed on 30 April but till 30 April till 1st payment is made you will upload and share files so you will work 2 month for free )

Unfortunately we can not, because our current system takes the links and lines them up and downloads them in the background (to control the server load and avoid having too many parallel downloads at once).

Well Ok sure, I will try my best and raise the upload speed, but generally 1.4mb/s is considered somewhat a good upload speed . We will be upgrading our servers in the near future to 1gbps dedicated bandwidth line and that should solve all the issues with the speed.
