Hi Entertainment,

1.Atm we can not add Germany to Tier 1 because our advertisers rates are not high enough to support germany as a Tier 1.

2. We will contact our ad agencies and request them to provide a better respond time for the ads but we can not do much more than that simply because we can not remove the ads, and to be honest with you it does not take us long (max 1sec) for the counter to start.

3. I will have that fixed asap. Thanks for letting me know.

EXPLANATION ABOUT THE RATES

Our rates are reasonable to be honest and here is why we can not change them yet. we are a new host and most advertisers have NET30 payment agreements, meaning that we get our ad revenue 30 days after the first month, so right now we are paying users from our pocket and the above rates are what we can realistically pay. If we raise our rates we would not be able to pay, if you would like us to pretend to pay you more and scam users then we would be more than happy to do so (joking). seriously speaking we are not like other hosts, we barely limit free users, uploaders etc, so the rates above are fair in our opinion for the quality of service we provide.
