MemberFirst make sure you have the right DNS servers by contacting your web hosting support.
Read how to setup nameservers for a domain name registered with godaddy
here http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/664
If you are sure you have the right dns servers and you add them the right way, just wait sometimes it may take time for your domain to point to the nameservers.
