Need France 1 gbps or 10 gbps vps

hi i need france vps with 10 tb max bandwidth

i need full 1 gbps up and down or 10gbps up and down..

so dont offer me which has 200mbps upload speed

also i need good one not any bad provider

i was used hosthatch but they are not providing now
