Style.css Problem in internet explorer

Hello

my website http://examsall.com has problem in css its working fine in mozilla and firefox how ever its not working with INTERNET explorer i have both css file anyone guide me how to fix it?

It's pretty obvious, there's already the head tag, move the script inside that head tag.

Fist of all i would go to

http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp

and learn the basics of html if you cant see the error or how to fix it you really should not be running a website

This is the most basic error i have seen

Ops i forget to remove this mail function that i was practicing yesterday thx error resolved now well i am newbie in development thats why i am doing these mistakes any ways guys thx.
