Even with the dismal performance, I was willing to wait and see if things got better and asked if a discount of the fee was possible.

Answer: No, we cannot give you free hosting.

Turned out that support didn't read well and read 'fee' as 'free'

Then I asked Sayan where (read: which path) Lame was.

Answer: Who says we don't have Lame?

I installed SMF through Fantastico. Yet after installation I received an error:' SMF cannot connect to the database.

Answer: You must have used the wrong settings. We can proof that SMF works.

We all know there are no settings to make if you install through Fantastico.

The interval on one ticket was at one time 2 days (excuse: we had a problem with our ISP)
The interval on the other was at one time over 3 days (No excuse was given).

If you bump a ticket after getting no answer for over 12 hours, you get an urgent request not to bump.

Talking about experienced and fast support.

It's a pity I didn't save the transcript of the tickets. It would make some pretty funny reading material for some.

One word comes to mind: clueless.

The whole website is full with promises. It's a pity that none of them are met.

I must give kudos to webthosting for one thing ... the website is well written. But it's all wind ....

Till now no one contacted for the free months, that means most of the people speaking here of bad reviews did not have any account earlier. (Atleast a hundred people commented on the threads)

I have given 4 days time, now closing the free months offer.

Conclusion: Either 99% of the people commenting had violated the terms and do not want the consolation prize or you did not use our service at all, only took the pleasure of commenting.

I have nothing to use it on at the moment plus I have my own servers and host with three different companies lol I was also told in a support ticket quite some time back that my month of free hosting does not expire

There are people here who post bad comments but can not provide a proof how he himself was scammed or something else.

Guess what? Have you heard of jackals' shouting?
