Turned out that support didn't read well and read 'fee' as 'free'

Then I asked Sayan where (read: which path) Lame was.

Answer: Who says we don't have Lame?

I installed SMF through Fantastico. Yet after installation I received an error:' SMF cannot connect to the database.

Answer: You must have used the wrong settings. We can proof that SMF works.

We all know there are no settings to make if you install through Fantastico.

The interval on one ticket was at one time 2 days (excuse: we had a problem with our ISP)
The interval on the other was at one time over 3 days (No excuse was given).

If you bump a ticket after getting no answer for over 12 hours, you get an urgent request not to bump.

Talking about experienced and fast support.

It's a pity I didn't save the transcript of the tickets. It would make some pretty funny reading material for some.

One word comes to mind: clueless.
