PowerISO help

Ok I haven't done this in a long time and I want to know how can I get the .ido file of a windows xp cd to my computer so I can burn it to another cd using PowerISO? Any help would be great.

use Ultra iso as it's better imo. Remember to burn it at least 2x speed so you don't corrupt the info on the CD
