China and censorship solutions

I am rather illiterate when it comes to alot of this stuff, though I have hosted my own website before so I am not a complete idiot. But I do have a problem that I could use some advice with. I will be moving to China soon and I am concerned about the censorship restrictions. I would just use a vpn, however I am told that many vpn servers are blocked and those that are not blocked will likely stop working in time. And so I would like to purchase a server or virtual server for the sole purpose of routing all my internet traffic, in other words my own vpn. I don't even know what that would be called. Are there services available for that? Any advice would be appreciated.

if you can waste 80$ per year. Hidemyass is the best and fastest solution
Ultrasurf is a free solution and even if in my country most university and isp's
are banned ultrasurf. Try another option, professional one.
