Uploaded.to Has Deactivate PPD Program

It would be nice of ul.to to come up with an official statement so we can decide what we will do. If PPD is gone for good i will delete whatever is left of my files and leave as well

As far as i can see you can use AlertPay to buy premium and they have their credit card issue fixed, maybe they removed hipay because you can use AlertPay now.

No i don't think that ! Hipay is very reliable and populat in country like France or Belgium . And alertpay is not !
So it was a good alternative of paypal.
But obviously paypal remain the best for premium account customer! And if i see other filehost like netload , they still offer paypal ! And they pay more for sale !

So goodbye uploaded.to . It's shame : the remote upload speed was very good !
