i find a lot of people can't use paypal,that's why they ask moneybooker.

it's dangerous to use moneybooker to request payment, and a few page back, people already posted that netload said they have technical problem with money booker, why people are still keeping asking again and again , still want to use money booker.

yea, if you now use pp ( yourname(at)gmail dot com ) for a request and then for another request use(yourname(at)hotmail dot com) other pp account. they will not pay you and will back your money.

yes 1st need to create a Voucher and then you can paid by Voucher

How did you get a payout from the 22nd so fast? Was that an old payout that was previously declined and you requested again?
