2 days ago I purchased a Premium account, (21 Aug 2012 22:07:22 BST
Transaction ID: 4U424729599446839), NO access at all.

Contacted them, they created a new password which still does not work, advised them about the ongoing problem.

Very little response from their so called support other than "send screenshot of error" (Supplied) & "which provider do you use ?" (supplied with IP address too).

No further response.

Waste of time & money trying to sort it with them so have raised a PP dispute.

Because whatever you wanna upload had previously been uploaded by other people and gotten blacklisted already? MP4 format is not blacklisted on Netload.

I'm pretty sure the files i was uploading were never uploaded before btw .avi files are getting uploaded without single issue.

use a file encryption software (if you use rdp, prefer portable one), I use File Encryption 2.1.0 version
from www.file-encryption.net , it encrypt and decrypt multiple selected files. But if files are too big (over 1 gb)
it make looong time. And over 5 gb, it creates problem in some RDP servers operating systems. because of it
I split my files as 2 gb or 4 gb and then encrypt them, If you have VPS or dedicated server, speed will
not be a problem for you.

I was in the same boat... just extended my account but couldn't login, requested new password but even that didn't let me sign in either ''Invalid User ID or password!''

It's a cookie issue, you need to remove the netload cookie then try to login again and it will work (did for me)

When you earns very high then why you hesitate to pay 2$ extra fee? 1000+ payout always creates problem and you are the reason for that. Always make 500$ request.

Then there must a blacklisted word in the file name, I can link you to hundreds of MP4 files uploaded on NL recently.

P.S. Did you encode the files yourself? Because I can't think of any other way you could be sure the files had not been uploaded before.

First I thought the same thing so I tried renaming the file myfile.mp4, 123.mp4 but it was still getting blacklisted and guess what same file with .avi format uploads even with nasty porn keywords lol.

Can you please try uploading a small .mp4 file and let us know what happens?

I used xilisoft video converter to make that file could that be a problem? but i'm using the same software to convert into .avi format so i think the issue is more likely from their side only.
