Say guys... I see some of you mentioning rebills. I'm on plan 4 - how can you tell the difference between rebills and sales?

The biggest problem is the communication between NL and the user. I dont care if I have to wait 60 days to get paid instead of 30 but they dont even make an announcement whats going on right now. I mean, it isnt so hard to tell if they can pay now or not.
If they want to stay in the buisness they should get their lazy asses^ and working on it. Otherwise the user will move to other hoster.
