Don't you realize that they're almost broke ? We'll get our money...asap ! Meaning: as soon as they get their PP account back (Feb-March 2013 lol) Until then they gonna pay small amounts little by little. First, those in Germany, then EU and finally outside EU maybe.

EU bank requested on 24/09, payout on 01/10, money on my bank now....requested 1000$, so they pay affiliates that request more than 200$

will make a new payout request imediatly
