The mail should have the following...
1) New Payment Methods both for buying and receiving such as liberty reserve,webmoney,Credit cards....Just have a look @lumfile SS below...Newer than Netload and Far BETTER gateways....Screenshot




2)The Reserve System should be Removed and All the previous Chargebacks (when their Paypal was active) be deducted on daily basis from the accounts' Balance..obviously they should release the reserved funds for everyone and Deduct the chargebacks (past and present if any) from the amount....Then at least we can expect the payment earlier than 90 days...Or put the Reserve for a maximum of 30days....Getting your 50$ in 90 days is shit (for new uploaders...)
3)Get over with Paypal and bring out new gateways before their popularity beats to dust....
4)Make requested payments in time...
5)remove inactivity rule
