--Files for a Premium account are not automatically deleted. Only after you've saved more than 500 GB on Netload will your inactive files older than 30 days be deleted.

I can'r really advize which plan to use (depends on your needs)
as for file getting deleted UPGRADE
it's just $9 if you can't make that much a month then give up
