I've got paypal today, got more tha 15 paypal payout with netload and never had problem with paypal account, my account is vrified paypal.

netload accept german laws and pay Tax to them here the invoice they send me

can netload use the remote uplaod function out to other host like bitshare rapidgator, filefactory or ryushare?

if filefactory etc accept your premium netload account details, you just have to set netload to "Direkter Download" and save. (may take a couple of tries, i lock it by changing username) input details to other filehost, get remote uploading.

this means 30% sale + %30 rebill ?

^I'm using that option and yes, that's 30% from sales + 30% from rebills. That's their worst plan, though, but due to the specific type of stuff I upload and the places I post, I decided to use that plan.
