i rarely have files deleted.
and i don't upload much, but i get good sales.


thing is , these 2 files are my personal document,and i of course don't share them, but how come someone complain that they are copyrighted?

I Notice they do noy keep the inactive files of any one, not even premium I have 1 year membership, got sales, and payments some times before the deadline, but they do not keep my files, I wrote them and they answered " Please read our TOS... at the end I just do not keep important files in netload server.

a few hours ago, a Japanese E-mail reported 2 of my files in hotfile account to hotfile abuse team, claiming that these 2 files are copyrighted,but the truth is, one file is a txt, only 2 KB, the other is a mp4 file, which is just 4-second long in length, and i got a dmca deletion from hotfile, and there is no way to send a counter claim.

thing is , these 2 files are my personal document,and i of course don't share them, but how come someone complain that they are copyrighted?

and how come hotfile abuse team just trust that reporter without verifying their proof as a copyright ownner?
so my dmca deletion from hotfile is actually more than what i got from netload, LOL, what a shame.

I had the same problem a few months ago... All my hotfile account are none copyright content, they did delete one file, then I wrote them to ask and explanation, I start a dispute. then they gave me an apologize.
I use to have some commercial words in the name of the file, some companies have apps to find files with specifics words, then by default they claim to the server. Hotfile has a system to fight back. Any way after megaupload crash I do not trust any one, So do not upload important files to Netload, if are inactive files are going to be deleted.

Ok , i have problem , i have 6 months NETLOAD access paid up and i use DLM Mipony to DL netload files , everything was ok until last night , i keep getting DOWNLOAD ERROR when i try to DL file using Mipony . My Netload account is active and seems ok , is there current issues/problems with NETLOAD or MIPONY that i need to be aware of ? any help is really appreciated, im feeling at a loss.

I have had a lot of similar problems with it in the past
some times it seems to glitch and be unable to use any premy account
id try re-installing it

but in the end your likely better off to try IDM (faster down-loader anyway)
