hello friends

i am working on netload form 3 months and so on i get all my payments but last month i did not get my payout and the reason was that stated payout address was not valid and after that i also get my 3 more payouts and now again yesterday i was waiting for my payout and i get the same email form netload that stated payout address was not valid

i get my payouts in bank account i want to ask that did anyone eals had the same problem as me and also did is a problem that i request more then 1000$ at ones and they not send

please friends any help will be great

P.S i send them more then 3 emails and no answer did they never answer about payout issues

never cared much for rules hehehe
but that makes no sence (long as they are getting real sales that's all that maters)

they may just be having trouble getting the $ to there bank account quickly enough
most of there $ is likely coming from PayPall
takes time to move it around

But this did not means that they send me an Email telling that you payout was rejected because address was not valid

and i add my address as always and get last payouts with NP

NL is really BAD at IGNORING people
ive had several replies the next day (emails)
and others never do get replies
just depends if they are interested in the subject or not

^ actually i would do the same as netload if i am file host ownner.
i ain't gonna waste time and life answering all kinds of questions, i guess you won't either.
answer all questions? seriously?
they don't have the man power to answer all kinds of questions, actually NO file hosters have enough man power to answer ALL questions. so they pick questions to answer, so if you get replies, consider yourself lucky as a lot more people don't even get replies.

i tink they focus more on payment, that's what i like.

do not try to think netload has to do the same as filesonic and fileserve did in the past (i mean, giving support in that level)
no, don't day-dreaming...netload for now really doesn't need to do that to attract uploaders, they are OLD and have a lot of users. now it's uploaders picking netload eagerly, not netload begging uploaders to use it.

i can imagine a lot of high earners like Tankred rarely need support from netload but they are working with netload like a charm.
pay attention to some well-known issues and try to avoid those payment options that might have problem, and then you rarely have issue.

and actually NL is really GOOD at IGNORING people. i know what you mean,but you said it the opposite way.

im the kind of person that likes to ASK before doing something they may not like
and considering that when they do reply it is fast I tend to take the lack of reply to mean they don't care if I do it or not

but yea just the same I HATE being ignored
id say they respond to about 1/3 of my emails

don't take my thoughts as a bad opinion of NL
my only complaint about NL is that they seem to be alone
I have tried to add others many times (currently trying 3)
but one way or another it always failed and I end up only using NL

did anyone know if netload have limits on sending money to bank account

i mean did they not send money if payout is more then 1050$ ? did anyone had this issue

the only thing which i did not understand is that i always use same address and i get payout and this time they send me mail that address is not right and they not send me money and they send money back to my account

anyone who can help me on it or know anything please share with me
