Yeah for some proxies especially for USA it works,but for Nl servers and for my home connection it;s down.

No it not. Netload is online in my ISP.

NL is offline on Netherlands servers

But it's online on my local server

It was offline for sometime. Now working but upload speed has been dropped too much.
