Yeah sure. that's what they say for Webmoney, Alertpay and Moneybookers before Paypal.I won't upload anymore to them till I see solid confirmation that they are able to start paying for international users again.

In this case EU means Europian Union and not Europe.There was a Serbian guy who requested

money via EU transfer and his payout was rejceted.(Serbia is in Europe,but not a member of the EU)

I requested an EU banktransfer payout 3 weeks ago,hopfully they will wire the money on next tuesday.

It pays only for europe, as long as you resides in europe netload will pay you,

the problem is for international users outside Europe. There is no other available payment processor left for them....
