Just curious, where can one get prepaid Visa and Master cards outside the United States/Canada?
I have not been able to find any outlets. There are some very dubious sites selling prepaid CC but I have never dared to touch them.

Doesn't Neteller requires any identification of its customers?

how do you send an email to netload's support? i sent several but they dont reply. not even the usual robot answer.

^ well i dont want a robotic answer. i just wanna know if theres any point in leaving my payment on pending. if not, they can just cancel it. its better than getting a notice that my payment was reversed back to sender and see nothing in my NL account

i had payout requests like this, if it has to be 30 days, i am supposed to get payment today, but it's already 10 am in Germany, and it's Thursday for them. i think my payout request on 31.07.2012 will either remain unpaid or marked done but payment reversed at the end of today or tomorrow.

until then, i think i know i have to make a request for them to cancel the other pending payments.

well i requested on 27.07.2012 and have not even got reversed etc , gonna request to cancel anyways. Netloads a joke IMHO

guys please check your netload reg email you got a mail from netload.

they ask us which payment method they have to implement i vote for webmoney in first position and payza.
