Can i request a payout with EU Transfer to a friend's Bank Account? In the details of payment there will be my name, while in the bank account holder there will be my friend's name. Is it ok or they will refuse the payment?

so the point is netload are not paying with every method..!
1. is it because all netload money has been frozen on PP (so they can't pay affiliate)
2. or they started not to paid affiliate?(run with our money)
