ok i dont get this thing, and i wanna understand... there is Current balance which was the original amount i had. then there is the Reserve total, which is half of the current balance, and then there is Available balance, which is half of the reserve total!

Now, the question is... will i ever be able to withdraw the Current balance, which means the original amount? or is it gone for good?

I guess they dont have enough funds/capacity to pay every pending payout so
they implemented this dumb system to get some more time.
As the time goes they will reduce the reserve balance and relase the pending money.
Or not?

I dont care if they need more time, as long as the full earned amount will be paid. i can understand that because fraud or charge-backs they cant pay all the amount in 2 business days and i dont care to wait 30 days for the rest, but are they going to release us the rest? i have 1140 USD left out of 4000 USD

You are 100% right. Paypal's money frozen--->not enough funds until 2013--->Uploaders money frozen (the "reserve") --->basically high earners are gonna pay for little ones (well, I mean their pending money gets reserved for these ones)

In the meantime, selling vouchers was the best way to get the "now reserved/frozen cash"
