I was installing URL shortner on my domain "xxx/shrt/xx" The installation guide was something like this "Run the file database.sql in the MySQL interface (import->choose file)." I don't know what does that mean. So I created new DB with new User and password.. Then I edited my config.php file. I can get the home page load but when I enter some url I get this error Rating: 5

u cannot use root, go to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel or :2082 meh
