IP/DNS Failover

Hello. My site receives DDoS attacks daily and it is still pretty small so I do not make a lot in donations so I was looking for a way to stop the DDoS attacks using a cheaper method. I found this feature called "IP/DNS Failover"

I was wondering if anyone here uses or has used it in the past.
The following places offer IP/DNS Failover,

I just wanted to see how successful it is and if it works.

There is a reason that they ddos you. You say your site is small, but there is probably something in there that people don't like.
