Just to let you guys know, i purchased a VPS from vpsland.com, and their customer support is slow, useless and worst of all, have no idea how to solve anything. I've only been a customer for 24 hours lol.
Their credit card system borked when i tried to upgrade the cloud VPS. After contacting live chat, creating a ticket, being redirected again to billing, they all continued to repeat the same copy-paste instructions on how to pay an invoice. Nobody had any idea on how to process an order, and eventually i demanded my money back. A quick review on google will reveal exactly the same, that their customer support is completely useless, and often results in them re-installing a clean OS.
My advice. Stay away. I swallowed the $35 loss. life's a bitch, could have been worse. I hope this topic saves you from suffering the same fate.jayfella Reviewed by jayfella on . stay away from vpsland.com Just to let you guys know, i purchased a VPS from vpsland.com, and their customer support is slow, useless and worst of all, have no idea how to solve anything. dude, I don't think if 24 hours is not enough to judge a company

The initial 24 hours has precedence over the following weeks. If I'm not comfortable, I walk. So, yes; not only is it enough to judge a company, it's the most important time to do so.

I agree with m104. Do research before purchasing a webhosting service. Also, when searching for a company, keep its quality as the primary factor.
