Doesn't even have to be a complete website, like did you first start experimenting with websites via free hosting? For me personally it was through a CSS clan I joined. I was put in charge of the clans website which was hosted @ a free host with a forum at one of those free forum hosts :). That's how I rolled into learing HTML/CSS and later on PHP and JS (to later end at desktop programming). Rating: 5
