What is the best rapidleech host?

I'm planning to buy rapidleech account soon and I was preferring tehhost.net as rl host but recently its thread was deleted from the forum and I don't know other good hosts.

I've seen many other rl hosts like Hostingflame.org but I don't know if there is better one.

May you tell me the hosts you prefer ?

And also I have other question
What is the best country to buy an account in?
I mean servers in US, NL, FR ... etc

Look for a minimum uptime of 99%. In fact, even 99% is actually too low - it really should be 99.5% or higher. The host should provide some sort of refund (eg prorated refund or discount) if it falls below that figure.
