I don`t know muc ha bout security or don`t know nothing.

I use whm at my vps with apache. It will help to change apache with litespeed ?

What other things i can do for protetion from ddos and dos ?

any php scripts to add at my site`s header ? any software to install through shell ?

Install a good firewall

Only thing that will help is either get a ddos firewall which cost $$$ or get a 1-10gbps line.

Anything else i would just use csf, but that is only minor protection. If the ddos is strong enough it will overload the firewall and kill the server.

Also you can use a reverse proxy if they provide ddos protection. Use cloudflare to have a easier way to block ip's

csf is a firewall used in most whm/cpanel setups since it comes with a cpanel plugin.

Thanks. We can actually help mitigate most attacks (not all). Some general tips if you're going to use CloudFlare and you are having a DDoS.

Just use cloudflare for the best non hardware option.

Hardware wise, you are looking at a good thousand dollars.
