A rough rewards system plugin does exist for AVS. (http://www.scriptextras.com/adultvid...plugin-for-avs) I would suggest sending that company an email. You would definitely need some custom work done to make that anything like the rewards systems that you see on VideoBB / Videozer. AVS is structurally different than CS, but the rewards system itself could work with CS for the right price.
