You should be honest the reason why he only has VPS Panel access you don't have access to the node is cause you gave him a resold server from VPS6.net I think when you create contest like this you should mention this so user won't get confused at all.

yes I'm a reseller and I don't have any idea how to make it access from whmcs, so I just give the solusvm.domaindallas.com to all my clients to access there VPS, yes all my VPS's are resold as I'm there reseller.
