Always backup:
There are so many tools, scripts and applications out there that help you backup your files, use them on a regular basis, or automate a backup system via a cron job, if you don't know how to, ask for help or research it. It is very easy to find tutorials if you search the forums or even Google.

it will backup everything in your cpanel account including emails,files,databases, etc... like a magic

download mysqldumper and then take backup with clean structure. you wont get problem whil dumping.

Why don't try something like codeguard or dropmysite, they do a backup of your database in an scheduled basis setup by you.

i did it with codeguard but didn't work with me . maybe i must pay

Man its easy, there are a bunch of scripts in the world wide web, google for automatic backup script for your O.S and then automate it via cron job
