Can i back trace a live sports feed ?

Is it possible to find out the direct link being used for a live stream ?

Example im watching this right now:

But is it possible to find out the link and go direct, with out all the adds ?

Its within a iframe in that website, but still there is that 25 seconds countdown.

Sweet, but how did you find out the address ? I watch a lot of streaming sports is thier a way i can get a direct address on other sites easily ?
