Exel, have already inserted that code but the same favicon is showing on my two sites. Hosts are saying they don't know why its coming.

Clear your cookies/cache.

Yes excel this favicon is showing on my two sites but there is no such file on server. Clearing cookies will not help as it is showing to all people....
