We are searching a professional Coder for our Video- and Filehoster, you should have lot of experience with coding and the streaming.

We need to upgrade our System in the following points: Managed Files, Pay per Downloads should be more overviewly and a new System for Pay per Sale should be programmed and intigrated.

We need a better Upload-System and a good FLV-Expert. We want to code a Video-Ads-Plug System. So before anyone can look the Streams there are Video Ads how he can skip after 5 Seconds. In this Video Ad user from SFW/NSFW Sites can buy plugs.
